Registrations and Claims will not be accepted or entertained after the conclusion of the event. Thank you for your
cooperation and understanding.
a) Email registration@besgc25.com, and state that you would wish to register participants under HRD Fund.
b) Provide the following compulsory details: Name, Email, NRIC/Passport No., Mobile Phone/WhatsApp, Company/Organisation, Position, and Company Address (for quotation purposes). The same applies for registration of 2 pax and above.
c) Registration team will revert with supporting documents for the HRDC Grant Application.

e) No upfront payment is required. Once your grant application is approved, forward the Grant Approval email from HRD Corp to registration@besgc25.com org for our reference.

Once your grant application is approved, you will receive an email from HRD Corp on the Grant Approval. Please forward that email to registration@besgc25.com for our reference. Approval typically takes 1-3 days.
Please note the registration of your participants will only be confirmed once we receive the evidence of the grant approval.
We will send you a confirmation email, including an HRD PSMB SBL-KHAS JD14 form which participants will need to submit to us during registration at the venue. Each registered participant will receive one (1) e- ticket in their name. This e-ticket will be emailed to you prior to the event using the email address you provided during registration. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of registration. Sharing of e-tickets is not permitted.

Yes, participants registered through HRD must bring a signed physical copy of the PSMB SBL-KHAS JD14 form, which will be attached to our confirmation email before the event.
No upfront payment is required. Your registration is confirmed once your employer applies for the HRD Grant, receives approval, and forwards it to us. After the Conference, If all forms (PSMB SBL-KHAS JD14 form and PSMB SBL-KHAS T3-01 form) are accurately completed and signed, we will manage the claims process on our end.
Participants registered through HRD should proceed to the HRD registration counter at the venue. They should present the signed PSMB SBL-KHAS JD14 form (only 1 per Group), and sign their attendance on the PSMB SBL-KHAS T3-01 form. Upon clearance, participants will receive their name tag. Enjoy the Conference!
No need to worry. Kindly remember to email us the signed PSMB SBL-KHAS JD14 form at registration@besgc25.com as soon as possible after the conference. It is mandatory for participants registered under HRD to return the signed copies of the form within 7 days after the Conference.

Certainly. Our team may contact and email your employer/the person in charge to verify and sign the PSMB SBL-KHAS T3-01 form that you signed during registration on the conference day. We kindly request that you return it to us within 7 days.
